Join us for an interactive program designed to get little ones moving and grooving with singing, dancing, and playing with rhythm instruments.

Join kids’ yoga instructor Kate Matos for some movement and poses to help you bend, stretch, bond, and breathe with your little one! Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle.
