Avon Lake Historical Society is pleased to bring you monthly historical programming in partnership with ALPL. Support local history!

Sep. : Sara Fisher, Executive Director of International Women's Air & Space Museum, will present "A Brief History of WASP" (Women Airforce Service Pilots).

Oct. : Deb Wagner will present the story of lives and service of Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina County soldiers serving in the 103rd Regiment of the Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War.

Nov. : Greg Feketik, author, lecturer and investigator will share "Insights into the Unknown" -- "Ghost Hunter's Journey"

Dec. : Mike and Janice Olszewski will present "Smoky, Sweaty, Rowdy & Loud Tales of Cleveland's Legendary Rock & Roll Landmarks"
