The Waugaman Gallery contains monthly art exhibits representing local artists and schools. It is the largest room available for public use. Complete with a podium the room is perfect for large group presentations and author visits. The attached kitchen is available if food service is desired. Art exhibits are displayed for your viewing pleasure. Please do not handle or move artwork.
- The Library charges not-for-profit organizations and businesses nominal and nonrefundable fees for the use of meeting rooms.
- Reservations for use are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- This room may be reserved up to 3 months in advance.
Equipment
The Waugaman Gallery has an overhead projector and sound system. A laptop, document camera, microphone, and DVD player are contained in the Gallery podium. A mounted projector screen is on the front wall.
Seating
The Waugaman Gallery seating is for 42-63 persons. Seven, eight, or nine round tables with six to seven chairs at each.
Additional round tables or rectangular tables are available in the Gallery storage room. If you to change the standard seating, please allow a minimum of 30 minutes before and after your meeting to rearrange the room and return it to its original state.
