Library Branch
The Waugaman Gallery contains monthly art exhibits representing local artists and schools. It is the largest room available for public use. Complete with a podium the room is perfect for large group presentations and author visits. The attached kitchen is available if food service is desired. Art exhibits are displayed for your viewing pleasure. Please do not handle or move artwork.
- The Library charges not-for-profit organizations and businesses nominal and nonrefundable fees for the use of meeting rooms.
- Reservations for use are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- This room may be reserved up to 3 months in advance.
- Please vacate the room at least 15 minutes prior to closing.
Library meeting rooms are not available to non-library groups or individuals for the promotion or sales of services or products, fundraising, conducting classes for profit or private social functions including but not limited to birthday or retirement parties, bridal/baby showers, family gatherings.
Equipment
The Waugaman Gallery has an overhead projector and sound system. A laptop, document camera, microphone, and DVD player are contained in the Gallery podium. A mounted projector screen is on the front wall.
Seating
- Standard seating is for 36 at six round tables with six chairs each.
- Maximum seating at round tables is 70. Up to 10 round tables with a maximum of 7 chairs each.
- Maximum seating, theater style is 150.
- Maximum occupancy, standing room only, is 300.
- Additional round tables or rectangular tables are available in the Gallery storage room.
- If you to change the standard seating, please allow a minimum of 30 minutes before and after your meeting to rearrange the room and return it to its original state.
