Library Branch
The Lab is the DiscoveryWorks Science classroom, located just inside the Southside entrance. Food and drink are NOT permitted in The Lab.
- The Library charges not-for-profit organizations and businesses nominal and nonrefundable fees for the use of meeting rooms.
- Reservations for use are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- This room may be reserved up to 3 months in advance.
- Please vacate the room at least 15 minutes prior to closing.
Library meeting rooms are NOT available to non-library groups or individuals for the promotion or sales of services or products, fundraising, conducting classes for profit or for private social functions including but not limited to birthday or retirement parties, bridal/baby showers, family gatherings.
Equipment
The Lab has an overhead projector. A Laptop is available at no additional charge. A retractable projector screen is on the front wall.
Seating
The Lab does not normally have tables and chairs set up.
Rectangular tables and chairs for up to 25 are available for group use.
Please schedule a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your meeting time to set-up tables and chairs and 15 minutes after your meeting time to return the room to its original state.
