 will focus on strengthening the emotional and physical bond between you an
 d baby. Class includes infant touch and various exercises that assist the 
 development of your baby’s motor skills. Baby & Me Yoga will help ca
 rry you smoothly through the early months of caring for your new baby whil
 e creating movement yourself. Interactive songs and play will also be prov
 ided near the end of class. No yoga experience is required. All levels are
  welcome. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water bottle and anything need
 ed for baby.
