Bendin' the Blues - Austin Walkin' Cane Presenting Delta Blues Performance and Program

As a part of the on-going Community Read, Avon Lake resident and international Austin Walkin' Cane will present and play on the classic delta blues style typical of the time period in the book, Mudbound by Hillary Jordan. He has a blues gumbo repertoire that can conjure up the ghosts of highway 61 & the delta blues experience. He has toured Australia, Nepal, Colombia, France, Germany, England, Wales, and the US, from New Orleans, Louisiana to Juneau, Alaska. This program is part of the Mudbound Community Read event.
