Registration required at the Children’s desk or alpl.org beginning April 15.            

Join the Lorain County Metro Parks staff to celebrate Earth Day 2019 through demonstrations and hands-on activities.  Learn about some of the ways animals depend on us and their environment.  Discuss current conservation issues such as endangered species as well as how our daily actions affect ourselves, wildlife, and our natural world.  After you finish learning about the 3 R's (reduce, reuse, recycle), we’ll recycle some books into a craft to take home.
