Reserve a Room

The Lakeshore Room is on the mezzanine floor level. During the closure and renovation of DiscoveryWorks, this Library Board Room is available for public use. 

• The Library charges not-for-profit organizations and businesses nominal and nonrefundable fees for the use of meeting rooms.
• Reservations for use are on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
• This room may be reserved up to 3 months in advance.
• Capacity 10-15. Maximum, standing room only, capacity is 30.

The McMahan Meeting Room on the lower level contains a local history exhibit.  This large room is available for public use.  A small attached kitchen is available if food service is desired.

The Waugaman Gallery contains monthly art exhibits representing local artists and schools. It is the largest room available for public use. Complete with a podium the room is perfect for large group presentations and author visits.  The attached kitchen is available if food service is desired.  Art exhibits are displayed for your viewing pleasure.  Please do not handle or move artwork.
