4, 5, and 6 year olds on their own

Older preschool and kindergarten students enjoy the chance to go into story time on their own. 

Join kids’ yoga instructor Kate Matos for some movement and poses to help you bend, stretch, bond, and breathe with your little one! Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle.
