Event Details

Show off your pets in their best Wizard of Oz inspired costumes, take a photo of them, submit your picture to us for a chance to win a gift card to Earthwise Pet of Avon Lake.

  • Get creative!
  • Have fun!
  • Send your submission(s) to salltmont@alpl.org and remember to include your full name, phone number, address, pet’s name, and pet’s costume description.
  • One picture per pet. 

* Rules:

  • Submission will be taken beginning Sunday, September 1st through Monday, September 20th @ 5pm.
  • Online voting will take place on the Avon Lake Public Library Facebook page between September 21st - September 25th.
  • The four pictures with the most likes will receive a $100 gift card - 1st prize, $75 gift card - 2nd prize, $50 gift card - 3rd place, and $25 gift card - 4th place.
  • Winners will be announced on Friday, September 27th at Noon.
  • Entries become the property of Avon Lake Public Library with the rights to use on social media and/or other forms of publicity.
