Waugaman Gallery Art Show – Tim Shuckerow “African Journey” Paintings & Masks

Visit the Waugaman Gallery at the Avon Lake Public Library for our January 2023 art exhibit featuring the artwork of Tim Shuckerow. This show is a colorful journey of acrylic paintings representative of his trips to Africa as well as a vast collection of African masks. Shuckerow, who led the studio and art education department at Case Western Reserve University for over 30 years until his recent retirement two years ago and has been an art educator for even longer, shows off his artistic chops with a vibrant show. Shuckerow grew up in Avon Lake and is also an alumni of Avon Lake City Schools. The Waugaman Gallery is open during ALPL public hours – but the public is encouraged to check our online schedule at alpl.org to confirm Gallery availability.
