Join us for a summer solstice outdoor bath meditation where you’re immersed in deep sound vibrations of crystal singing bowls played by Kari Harris. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and optional eye cover and bolster for an hour and a half of deep relaxation, meditation, stress relief, and a restored sense of harmony outside at our south circle.
