Chess Club for Kids at ALPL!

Learn the basics on how to play chess with other kids! We supply the chess boards. This free program is for Kindergarten to 5th grade students. Registration is required once for the series of dates. 

Dates include Mondays, April 3rd, 17th, 24th, May 1st, 8th, 15th, and year end tournament on May 22 from 4:30-5:30pm.

NOTE: This event requires the use of stairs. It is not recommended for patrons with mobility issues. The Library elevator is out-of-service for the foreseeable future, and we apologize for the inconvenience. 

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
