Event Details

Historical re-enactor Stephanie Kramer of "Exceptional Women in History" portrays beloved children's author and illustrator Beatrix Potter, who was also an accomplished farmer and political activist, and helped establish the National Trust in the Lake District of Northern England. Potter dismissed London society, where she was raised, and helped make many lives better living amongst the farmers and helping to promote the arts and crafts movement.
