For January 17, 24 and 31st, all yoga programs will be on Zoom.

Registration is only needed for in-person attendees. We have space limits at the Library.

Join yoga instructor Marcia Camino of Pink Lotus Yoga for a winter yoga series that focuses on the hopes of a new year while honoring the dark and cold of winter in our region. Each class begins with guided breath work and intention-setting to help guide our wishes and dreams into reality. Then we visit gentle postures and movement while maintaining focus and quiet in the body and mind. Each class ends with a 25-minute guided relaxation known as Yoga Nidra.

It is not necessary to register for every session, once will do it.

Required props: yoga mat and a blanket for warmth and comfort.

- Optional props: small pillow or towel for the back of the head and yoga bolster or blanket for the backs of the knees when lying down; eye pillow. Dress in layers.
