Program Description

Event Details

Avon Lake Public Library in conjunction with Make Music Avon Lake offer a "percussion experience" for our young patrons.  The will enjoy Scott Sopata, who will play and educate attendees on the Steel Drums, unique drums played in a variety of music, especially Island music during the first 45 minutes of this event

After a short break and a reset: Students from the "Avon Lake School of Rock" will  display drumming techniques, attendees will play along on the pots and pans with wooden spoons that they bring to the event.
