Creepy Doll Contest--Unmodified Dolls

This registration form is for dolls that are creepy without any modifications.  

Help make Halloween a little more eerie at the library. Do you own a creepy doll who’s been hiding in your closet or basement for a very long time? Want to share your unsettling friend with the community? Enter the library's 2nd creepy doll contest. The winner will be crowned on October 23 and dolls will be displayed through Halloween.  All ages

General Information

• After registering, drop off your doll at the ALPL Circulation desk anytime between Monday, Sept. 30-Monday October 7.
• You will be given a doll ID form to complete by circulation staff which will be securely attached to your doll. A photo will be taken of your doll as an extra security measure for safekeeping. 
• Please be prepared to submit a name and descriptive details/history for your creepy friend.  
• Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of unbiased ALPL judges for their authenticity and creepiness level.
• The public will vote on their favorite creepy dolls from October 9-21
• Crowning & announcement of winner on Wednesday, October 23
• Dolls can be picked up anytime the week of November 4
