BUY-A-BEAKER DONATION PROMOTION

Win a chance for an all-access, behind-the-scenes view and opportunity to play and explore the newly renovated DiscoveryWorks for YOU and three guests on January 25th from 10am to 2pm! Plus, be recognized as a supporter on our new DiscoveryWorks donor wall.

We’ve already had almost two dozen beakers purchased, “DiscoveryWorks Bars” passed out, and one golden ticket winner so far. That leaves 24 more golden tickets yet to be discovered!

Here's how you enter!

1. Head on over to the Avon Lake Public Library!

2. Purchase a beaker from our “Buy-A-Beaker” donation board.

Each “beaker” (there are 100 of them) is worth a specific dollar amount up to $100, and becomes a donation towards the DiscoveryWorks renovation project.

3. Now here's the really fun part. YOU get a real “DiscoveryWorks Bar” for each beaker you purchase. Inside 25 of the candy bars is a random GOLDEN TICKET. Find one inside your candy bar and you are a winner!

This game of chocolaty chance goes through Dec. 30th or until all beakers have been purchased and golden tickets discovered. "Buy-A-Beaker" purchased must be made in-person at ALPL.
